  The food is always cold. The service is horrific. I asked a servant to replenish a food item that was empty & for some condiment's and was given an attitude. When the food was running out we looked to find the servants sitting at the table eating a meal vs making sure food was on the line for the customers. A lot of people came in and walked out due to no food being on the line and the food that was on the line was cold & old

  The food is very good. However, I think it's simply good customer service for the staff to greet customers and at least act like they care whether or not you are there. The cashier, specifically, is very unfriendly and rude. I have eaten there several times thinking that perhaps the next experience would be better. It never is. As a matter of principal, in spite of the good food, today will be my last visit. As a result, 5 additional family and friends will no longer be dining there either. No doubt that others feel the same way.
